Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen freiberuflichen Mitarbeiter, der die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:Projektbeschreibung:
Team leader to manage engineers throughout cutover activity and maintain open communication and site leads, ensuring any issue(s) are escalated to project team immediately
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
All resource to complete any applicable pre-requisite site inductions
Perform user data migration from existing PC to GE PC
Ensure AD account is loaded on new image
Setup Outlook client
Install Lotus Notes, SAP & VMware View clients and any/all entitled software based on "to-be" state
to provide list of entitled software & install media
Perform any additional configuration (including but not limited to: print queues, shared drive mappings) to new image based on details provided during planning stage
Complete & sign checklist for each user/PC
Backup user data from existing image
Re-image PC with a new image
Restore user data to new image
Ensure AD account is loaded on new image
Setup Outlook client
Install Lotus Notes, SAP & VMware View clients and any/all entitled software based on "to-be" state
to provide list of entitled software & install media
Perform any additional configuration (including but not limited to: print queues, shared drive mappings) to new image based on details provided during planning stage
Complete & sign checklist for each user/PC
Provide 15 minutes of end-user support/PC during normal business hours
After the cutover weekend(s):
Document & share client migration status to lead
Take part in post-cutover debrief with project team
Sanitize old hardware according to Energy standards and arrange secure disposal of all PC's replaced during cutover activity
