On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Civil Works Manager to be based either on contract or permanently in Hannover Germany. Fluent German and work eligibility in EU is prerequisite for application.Responsibilities:
• verify work orders from customers regarding warranty claims
• work with different databases from our client’s customer on site infrastructure to verify whether the equipment is in warranty or not
• coordinate orders for warranty repair with the subcontractor of our customer
• manage subcontractors for repair tasks (A-, B-, and C- Trouble) of the customer mobile network and manage subcontractor or resources for other projects, e.g. site or system acceptance, integration, retrofits, etc.
• Analyze problems in the customer database and prepare repair orders for subcontractors to fix troubles according to the SLA
• Ensure that subcontractor provides confirmation of the order and plan dates according to defined response times
• Monitor performance of the subcontractor regarding documentation of plan dates, execution of tasks on time and provide documentation on time
• Perform regular meetings with the subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks, review past performance and discuss open issues
• Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor on a daily bases, if required. Review capability of subcontractor regarding resource and skills and enforce improvement plans, if necessary. Coordinate the supply of additional material that is not in the scope of the subcontractor.
• Regular reportings to client and customer management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Civil Works coordinator for mobile network sites in Germany
• Excellent knowledge about mobile site infrastructure of operators in Germany
• Good knowledge about warranty regulations for site infrastructure in Germany
• Very good skills in Excel, database handling and reporting
• Excellent German and good English language skills
