Description:
- Technical Support of Intel based Servers and Non Intel based Servers
- Knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP)
- Good Exposure to Network (LAN, Switches, Routers)
- Hands on technical support of OFFICE support (office suite, PC/Laptop install and config.)
- Active Directory
- Windows
- Support organization
- Should be willing to work in shifts and the resource should be fluent in German and English (Written and verbal)
