Essential Job Requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of CRM market,- Knowledge of salesforce.com or similar CRM (Siebel OnDemand, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc) is required
- Demonstrated experience as a Consultant with excellent organization, workshop management and documentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team building and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced client-facing and presentation skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients
- Solid problem solving and decision making skills coupled with strong analytical thought processes
- Hands-on experience with customer-relationship applications especially in the context of customer service implementations is essential
- Ability to manage a project team
- End-user training in context of client business processes.
- General understanding of project forecasting, reporting and budgeting
- Ability to thrive in a small project team environment
Required Education
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; related experience may be considered
Required Experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of relevant consulting experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to drive a car
- Must be able to travel for up to 70% of the time
