Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

zur Zeit bin ich auf der Suche nach Unterstützung bei folgendem Projekt:

Position: Software Quality Engineer
Projektstart: asap
Projektende:31.12.12 + Verlängerung
Standort: Großraum Hildesheim

Tasks for quality assurance:

• Ensure the compliance of the project to Automotive SPICE (HIS Scope) and internal Delphi processes (based on SPICE) by performing of regular process audits.
• Drive and participate in work product reviews, to ensure that the documents following the internal definitions and fulfill the requirements from SPICE. This includes the participation in Quality Gates and Reviews.
• Identify gaps in the processes the project has been implemented and propose improvements. Track the identified improvements and help the project team to implementation them.
• Support the Project Manager and teams in planning of SPICE related tasks
• Creating of project specific quality reports
• Tracking of Software Quality metrics and support the team to meet the limits.
• Synchronization of QA activities with other sites in Poland, India.
• Participate in customer quality meetings to synchronize QA activities with the customer.

Tasks for process consulting:

• Develop together with the team project specific guidelines based on standard Process to fulfill all project needs.
• Coaching of the project team member regarding process issues and new developed guidelines.

50% remote possible


Qualifikationen

• Min 2 years of experience in embedded SW development (preferred in infotainment/navigation systems).
• Certified SPICE Assessor (min Provisional Level or higher)
• Experience in performing of software audits/SPICE assessments
• Good background on software development methods according to the engineering processes from Automotive SPICE, especially on software requirement analysis, software design and software test stratgies
• Experience with SW code metrics and MISRA
• Good communication skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
