? Energy trading industry expert, with at least 4 years experience in the area? In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end trading-lifecycle
? Detailed knowledge of credit risk
? Experience as business partner in at least one business function and/ or commodity
? Detailed knowledge of physical and financial products
Technology Competencies:
? At least 5 years experience in scoping and requirement analysis
? At least 5 years experience in functional design, including data modelling (preferrably using UML), process modelling, UI design
? Ability to quickly develop understanding of the enterprise system landscape
Process & Method Competencies:
? Thorough understanding of the waterfall and agile development lifecycle
? Expert knowledge of business analysis methods
? Detailed knowledge of Quality Assurance process
? Excellent stakeholder management skills
Personal Competencies:
? Ability to

¬ Negotiate and agree on decisions with IT and business stakeholders
