Our client has an open position based in Prague as "C++ Developer " (f/m)
Project Description:
We are looking for software developers to join a strategic project for the Clearing & Settlement part of our client. The project is built using C++, running on Linux RedHat. As a database Oracle 11G is used.
The development team for this project is located in Luxembourg and Prague. We are looking for skilled and motivated software developers to join the Prague part of the project.
You will take part in all phases of the development projects
You will participate to the definition of functional specifications.
Design corresponding functional and technical solutions.
Implement software components (development and unit tests).
Support testers during acceptance tests.
Skills
University degree in Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering or economics.
Technical skills in one or more of the following domains are a valuable asset:
5 or more years of experience in the C++ development
Experience with SQL/relational databases, especially Oracle
Good knowledge of the Operating System UNIX/ Linux RedHat
Good communication and analytical skills
Fluent in English is a must.
Other skills:
Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage
Experience with Perl
Experience with J2EE / JSF
Experience in large software development projects
Experience in configuration management/versioning tools
Knowledge of the financial or banking business
