SAP BI IP Berater (m/w) mit CAPEX Planning KnowHow gesucht.!!! CAPEX Planning KnowHow is nice-to-have !!!
Aufgbe:
Implementation of Group-wide SAP-based capex planning and reporting tool, that includes the following features:
- At the minimum, the complete scope of functionality that is supported by current ALEA-based tool (except when it is considered obsolete)
-Project master data maintenance:
a) Creation of new projects with required classification fields
(interface for excel sheet upload, manual input forms)
b) For SAP companies: synchronization with SAP ERP
(in both directions)
- Collection and maintenance of actual data:
a) For SAP companies: extraction from SAP ERP
b) For all companies: interface for excel sheet upload, manual
input forms
- Capex planning:
a) Capex plan data collection tool (interface for excel sheet upload, manual input forms)
b) Unified process of capex plan reconciliation and approval (country-level, Group-level)
c) Forecasting
d) Versioning & data change audit
e) Administration and monitoring of planning process (progress, statuses, data locks etc.)
- Reporting on actual and plan data with BI tools
- Authorizations management
Training of key users (train-the-trainer method)
Migration of existing data from ALEA into the new SAP-based tool
