For one of our clients we are searching for a Project Manager Rollout Peoplesoft (m/f).Responsibilities:
• Operational lead of project
• Ensure that project results are delivered within defined time and cost frame and according to required quality
• Act as contact person for concerns regarding his project
Tasks:
• Plan project
• Define acceptance criteria for project deliverables together with overall project manager
• Manage dependencies to/from other projects
• Nominate project team after consultation with overall project manager
• Coordinate overall project activities and resources, align with countries
• Monitor and control project progress, report status to overall project manager
• Escalate conflicts (with other PeopleSoft HRMS projects) to overall project manager
Skills:
• International working experience
• Experience in application rollouts
• Project and program management: proven experience for a minimum of 5 years
• Has experience in HR processes and systems (desirable)
• Desirable certifications: PM (e.g. PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2)
