- Mobile Applikationen
- Service Level Agreements
- Good communcation skills in english (international project environments)
Aufgabenstellung:
--> Service Support Management:
- Ticket handling within Deployment
- Coordination Consumer including 1st level support (dispatching problems, service and change requests.)
- Take care that all customer needs are included and delivered on time according to their priority
--> Service Deployment Management:
- Management of the service deployment for all Music services with the focus on the technical coordination of the setup and implementation of all needed systems and applications.
- Set-up, integration, configuration, trouble management and maintenance of the system together with the appropriate product line and vendor.
- Project management, project controlling, reporting and managing of operational issues during the project execution phase to ensure operational readiness and transition to live
