Unser Kunde ist ein global agierender Pharma-Konzern und sucht für seine IT-Abteilung einen Data Security Administrator für eine Projektlaufzeit von 6 Monaten.Job-Descritption:
- Deliver day to day support and administration of security components of the customers Global IS systems
- Provision, modify and de-provision accounts to end users, enabling them to access IT-Systems in scope of GAA.
- Provide support (by e-mail and telephone) to end users to resolve access control incidents.
- Deliver Access Administration services according agreed Service levels (in terms of quality, time and money).
- Detect and report incidents and problems encountered during performing the primary task, and contribute to solve these.
- Reporting to Global Access Administration Manager Region EMEA.
- Assists in audits of security access control on above listed systems.
- Assists in re-certification efforts.
- possibly consignation support services or standby services.
EDUCATION / SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and one other European language at fluent level (German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch)
- Co-operating positive attitude, team player
- Able to perform in a multi-cultural, international, virtual IT support organization
- Skillful to record support activities in procedures that are part of the job
- High level of accuracy in work performed
- Two years of “PC experience”, data entry, typing skills
