For our client, an international company from the medical sector we are searching for aSoftware Configuration Manager (m/w) with good skills in C#.Your responsibilities comprise:• Creating, implementing, managing, and enforcing the configuration management
• Preparing, planning and controlling software releases.
• Build management
• Develop/Maintain Software and scripts in support of the CM Environment
• Administration and Maintenance of Configuration Management System
• Excellent knowledge on the different Configuration Management patterns and their application in software development
• Creating, implementing and managing the release image and Golden CD
• Managing maintaining and validating the build and development environment in close collaboration with the IT departmentBusiness requiremnents:
3+ years experience with configuration management (CM) processes
• Programming languages especially C#, but also C++ Perl, Shell and Scripting
• Experience with MS Visual Studio
• Develop/Maintain Software and scripts in support of the CM Environment: Python, Perl, Java or C#
• ideally experience with VxWorks
• Experience with configuration management (CM) process
• Candidate must have proven expert level experience with IBM Rational ClearCase with UCM administration, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience with other CMS such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Subversion
• Build and Release engineering experience
• Very strong SW development process background
• Experience with software development in international projects
• Ability to direct process improvement efforts•
• Fluent in English, German would be of advantage
