We are a consultancy which is based in the center of Germany, located in Frankfurt/ Main. Our focus is on medium and large companies in the financial and industrial sector.Actually we are looking for a Senior Outsourcing Manager (m/f) Philippines and Indonesia
The brief is that our client is expanding to the Philippines and Indonesia. For this he needs the services of a firm of reliable, English speaking outsourced accountant.
Key Accountabilities:
• Manage and influence the project priorities and timelines including detailed specifications for contract activities, country-specific issues, cost comparisons for all received proposals, organize CRO presentations, and drive the project team decision-making process.
• Contract preparation commercially-wise
• Change Orders: Manage all changes to service scope ensuring timely change order finalization and implementation. Review project metrics and take appropriate action of Volume True Up
• Process and Template Development: Participate in corporate initiatives.
• Business intelligence: Monitor outsourcing environment to keep current on providers and industry trends
Skills/Knowledge required:
• University degree or similar in Business Administration and Accounting
• Good understanding of project management principles as well as sound knowledge of contract terms and conditions, benchmarking and market analysis
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and interact with a wide variety of customers. Must be able to relate effectively to people at all levels of the organization.
• Active driver, delivery-oriented
• Excellent English language skills, additional languages are advantageous
• Knowledge in financial terms, budgets benchmarking, market analyses and financial negotiations
• Expert in all major outsourced service types
• Computer skills, oral & written communication & multi-tasking and can identify new technologies
• Available and willing to travel
