CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND GERMAN.
The role of the Project Management Support Analyst will be to assist the Project Manager with reporting & tracking.
Further responsibilities will include assisting the project manager to track actual costs and reforecast, monitor tasks, update plans, set-up and maintain the project files and the project booking codes in SAP and also track project invoicing, project resource time recording, meeting minutes and any actions that result.
You will also be expected to assist the project manager to record, track and monitor risks, issues and dependencies, monthly project status reporting, answer any project queries from the PMO, collate project lessons learnt and maintain the required project management reporting system.
