My client currently requires a Network Data IP Telephony Architect for an initial 3-6 month contract which should look to extend. The role is based in Munich but candidates do not need to speak German. Rates are negotiable dependent upon the experience of the candidate but ideally looking for someone in the €300-€350 bracket per day.

Job Spec:

Skill1 - IP Telephony (L4)

1. Design and Install all aspects of IP Telephony and Contact Center (CallCenter) Solutions, Unified Messaging, IP/IVR, customized XML applications,Meeting Place, IP Communicator, Mobility Manager, Cisco Presence, CiscoSurvivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), and Call Manager Attendant Console
2. Ability to provide consultation for Cisco AVVID infrastructure that include Call Manager versions 4, 5 & 6 cluster, IP phones, a PSTN gateway(s), Gatekeeper,voice-mail system (Cisco Unity and/or a Legacy voice-mail system), L2/L3switches, Routers, and applications such as Automated Attendant, Personal Attendant, Emergency Responder, CCC, CRS, and others.
3. Ability to Design and provide consultancy on QoS across LAN/WAN Network infrastructure and understand the QoS requirements of the different application types.
4. In depth Knowledge of VoIP protocols and codec such as SIP, G.7xx, H.323 and MGCP
5. Participates in strategic and tactical planning of complex voice networks with an emphasis on call routing solutions. (For Example Redundant Site/DRSite). Should be able to implement SRST for redundancy calling.
6. Should develop Voice budget, and cost reduction plans
7. To evaluate new technologies, and identify opportunities within company to implement them
8. Should have valid Cisco CPIT Certification.
9. Should Design and Implement Call center voice infrastructure of Enterprise AVVID requirements including VOIP/CCM/CME/Gateway/Gatekeeper/Unity/ACD/IVR/IPCCX and IPCC Enterprise Components such as ICM, PG ' s.
10. Hardcore Expertise on CCM, CME, ACD, IPCCX(CRS), ICM,PGs, IPIVR, CAD, call routing, application, Admin Workstation, IVR and ICMscripts, CTIos. IPCC enterprise - Parent- child- setup.
11. Knowledge of ACDPABX like Avaya, Nortel and Aspect.
12. Should be able to troubleshoot issues with Dial plan.
13. Should have good understanding of PSTN trunks, PBX trunks,CAS Trunks and BRI and PRI trunks.
14. Should be able to configure and integrate Gateways and Gatekeepers in the Voice Networks.
15. Design and implement the QoS requirements of the different application types
16. Should have Cisco CME/IPCCX Certification completed.

Skill2 - MPLS Network (L4)

Should have expert understanding of MPLS network Architecture Should be able to Design and Implement MPLS core network architecture. Should be able contribute towards Greenfield site implementation, Migrations and Fine-tuning existing networks. Should be able to assist the team in PE and CE Routers configurations in MPLS domain. Clear understanding of MPBGP concepts and configuration techniques. Ability to configure VPN VRF interfaces and troubleshoot the network Escalations.
