We are a consultancy which is based in the center of Germany, located in Frankfurt/ Main. Our focus is on medium and large companies in the financial and industrial sector.Actually we are looking for an IT Change Manager (m/f) Saudi Arabia
The brief is that two IT multinationals are involved in setting up an IT system for an organization (approx. 4,000 employees). The client needs an IT change consultant to check that the systems being implemented match the requirements of the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Leads/performs Change Management plans and activities within the context of a project, program, or initiative in the area of stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, training development and deployment and change readiness.
- Leads/contributes to the improvement of CM tools and methodology.
- Contributes to the networking effort in both IS and Business communities
- Contributes to the knowledge sharing of both project and internal work and deliverables
Qualifications & experience
- University degree or similar in Business Administration
- 3-5 years of professional Change Management experience gained on IT projects and in international initiatives
- Good knowledge of change management practices, internal methodologies and tools
- Good knowledge in the area of stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, training strategy and change readiness
- Experience in working in the region or agriculture
Skills
- Ability to apply existing methodology to bring about changes to business process
- Resilience, ability to deal with positively with resistance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to speak and write business level English
- Available and willing to travel
