For our client, one of the global leading transportation companies, we are currently looking for an internationally experienced Change Management Specialist with IT / SAP background.Type of employment: permanent position
Start date: ASAP
Location: area of Berlin
Key Accountabilities
1. Leads/performs Change Management plans and activities within the context of a project, program, or initiative in the area of stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, training development and deployment and change readiness.
2. Leads/contributes to the improvement of CM tools and methodology.
3. Contributes to the networking effort in both IS and Business communities
4. Contributes to the knowledge sharing of both project and internal work and deliverables
5. Contributes to internal IS improvement initiatives and efforts
Qualifikationen & experience
- University degree or similar in Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
- 3-5 years of professional Change Management experience gained on IT / SAP projects and in international initiatives
- Good knowledge of change management practices, internal methodologies and tools, e.g. PROSCI
- Good knowledge in the area of stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, training strategy and change readiness
- A foundation of organizational / human resource issues associated with the introduction of changes
- Familiarity with IS project management
- Experience in manufacturing environment is desired
