Currently our client who is a market leader in the field of Renewable Energy who develop,contrauct and maintain offshore wind farms are urgently looking for a German speaking QA Manager.Task:
Implementation of the clients Project Manual for the phase until the final investment decision., this policy is to be implemented as per clients standard without deveation!
Quality Risk and Interface Management between the different packages for the validation/verification/inspection and test activities for all deliveries in line with contractual agreed requirements and global client standards.
Definition of the project specific processes and procedures and development of the Project Manual for the phase after the final investment decision.
Introduction of procedures for Risk-, Document-, Change-, NCR- and Claim Management in the packages and support of the package team in the application of these procedures.
Implementation of the internal audit program including training of the internal staff and organization of the project external audits and inspections.
Review performance of internal audit measures and inspections and make results available to Senior Project Management to obtain feedback in the Management review
Reporting Quality performance of the project to the Global Quality office and attending the QM Network; deliver Lessons Learned from the project and executed tasks to built up best practise
Support the project manager and the senior project management team in all activities to increase the quality awareness of all stakeholders in of the project
Experience:
> 5 to 10 years as quality manager
> 5 to 10 years in construction projects, infrastructure projects or oil&gas/marine projects
> 5 to 10 years experience in application of quality management systems
> 5 to 10 years team leader in a project environment
