My multi national client based in Munich has a requirement for a SharePoint Consultant to provide advice and assistance in the planning, building and set-up of a SharePoint 2010 enterprise infrastructure. The duration of the contract will be for a non consecutive 6 week period between July and the end of the year.
Candidates will be expected to deliver validation of the envisioning phase, advice in designing a SharePoint enterprise architecture taking into account all the aspects directly or indirectly linked to the product, ie HA, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, anti-virus etc, assistance on planning the integration with a MS Exchange messaging system, advice in designing the internal setup of the enterprise SharePoint infrastructure (shared services, top sites, policies, navigation, aggregation etc) and assistance in building the SharePoint enterprise infrastructure into the test environment.
The successful applicant will have in depth SharePoint knowledge and be experienced with the IP domain. They will be expected to bring industry practices and disciplines to the organisation and have a service based approach. The business language is English but the ability to converse in either German or French would be beneficial although not a necessity.
