Task:Introduction of first commercial LTE smart phone with IMS-based Voice over LTE (VoLTE) by Q1/2014 in Germany (further markets: TBD).
VoLTE to provide all relevant telephony functions with a seamless user experience and the same (or higher) quality level as in 2G/3G.
Focus implementation on LTE, no acute demand for IP-based voice service via 2G, 3G nor WLAN.
Introduce CS Fallback as interim solution with least possible effort/cost to support early upcoming LTE handsets ).
Clear understanding that current mobile voice business model (time-based charging, calling party pays principle) is kept, also in a hybrid - circuit switched/IP-based - production environment.
Project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, financial and dependency management.
Teamplayer (m/f) in a huge project team works with different interest.
Requirements (Must have):
Good social skills, discrete thinking, working stress approved
Good knowledge of this customer processes
Experience in the Telecommunication area (+++)
IP-Core Network, CS-Voice Network, GSM and IMS skills
Team operates sometimes in English, Implementation will be in Germany first - so both languages are required on a very good spoken and written level.
