Aufgabe:
Working within the Old Mutual Wealth Management Change department this is an intermediate level Business Analyst role providing professional business analysis services to support the organisation in delivering one of the Strategic Imperative Programmes.

This is a large scale business transformation for our European business and will involve some international travel.

The consultant will be working, under the direction of a Lead Business Analyst, to specifically deliver business analysis services that support administration functions of the business.

Anforderung:
- External accreditation in Business Analysis
- 4-7 years experience as a Business Analyst or longer if no exposure to full change life cycle
- Highly competent in the use of business analysis tools, techniques and processes
- Familiar with project and software delivery lifecycles
- Developed analytical and inter-personal skills
- Developed influencing, negotiation and communication skills
- Developing innovation and people management skills


The consultant will ideally have demonstrated previous business analysis experience in a similar project delivery domain, to include:
- Analysis of triggers and business rules for creating correspondence
- Data definition and delivering of detailed correspondence templates
- Delivery of printed correspondence via an international network of offices
- Delivery of electronic format correspondence via a corporate Extranet service
An understanding of Thunderhead Document Generation technology would be an advantage.

- willingness to travel in the EU

Use of best practice tools and techniques to aid communication and understanding, ensuring project documentation is fit for purpose e.g. requirements management

Is able to analyse the operations of a department or functional unit with the purpose of developing the most appropriate solution to the problem.

Communicates comfortably and professionally with a diverse range of client staff.

Familiar with and develops knowledge of Skandia and Old Mutual Wealth Management Financial and Operating models, including their business processes, the underlying IT that supports it and its organisational structure.

Maintains up to date knowledge of industry standard Business Analysis tools and methodologies and an appreciation of where and when to best deploy them.
Sound Business Analysis experience.

Understands the principles of benefits management and seeks to ensure the profitability and viability of projects. Can positively challenge when the viability of the project is in doubt.
