Oracle CRM - Solution Consultant - Germany - Contract
Our global consultancy client currently requires an Oracle CRM principal consultant to join their Munich based division. This is an opportunity to join one of the worlds fastest growing consultancies on a permanent basis.
Oracle CRM Solution Architect Consultant:
. As Solutions Architect you will have expertise in Oracle CRM
. Understand the problems faced by customer, gather further data as required from customer, and suggest the best solution
. First point of contact to customer on any Oracle CRM related solution
. Participate in client discussions to understand the problems, articulate the same to the internal stakeholders, define and document the problem and support to get customer agreement, provide different options for problem identification.
* Arrive at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact on related functional areas, user acceptability, technical feasibility and efficiency.
* Expert knowledge in Oracle CRM
* Solution architect expertise is preferred
. Strong communication skills
* Good mix of technology and team management
Ideally you will have experience with working on international projects, and if you speak German it would be seem as an extra bonus.
