Our client is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator (m/f) WebSphere for a project in Stuttgart.Task description
* Support the service organisation with expert know-how and optimisation of the technologies assigned
* Analyse the Incident occurrences, system configurations and parameterisations
* Responsible for representing the service organisation in technology discussions with the customer, control of ticket queue of assigned service group
* Customer support for developments using the considered technology
* Supply of evaluations and reports for audits
* Communication and coordination with customer IT strategy
Skills
* Expert knowledge in WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server and web servers also in WebSphere Application Server performance tuning.
* Advanced knowledge in Oracle, UDB, UDB EEE or MS SQL relational database products.
* Basic knowledge in all other products specified in the product skills section.
* Ability to communicate with the customer community, convey or exchange information, understand statements of operations and procedural routines
* Experience in using either a UNIX or Windows Server operating system.
* Strong problem determination skills and prior experience in a technical services or operations environment
* Fluent English?
