BMC Remedy Architect - Contract or Perm - Germany, Dusseldorf
A prestigious client requires a BMC Remedy Architect for a very large long term project.
The right candidate will:-
Be solution architect for Remedy projects
Provides technical expertise and guidance; participates in design reviews; validates technology approach and associated work products on medium sized projects to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Conducts cost analysis studies to determine feasibility of various approaches
Captures technical requirements and defines technology solutions; creates the conceptual, logical and physical design of the solution to ensure appropriate technology is acquired and implemented
Supports Team in AMS -L2 and L3 Incident Management and Maintenance as Portfolio Lead.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge on the scalability of the AR System Architecture
Strong Exposure to BMC Atrium CMDB & Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping
Change and Release Management knowledge
In Depth ITIL Process knowledge
Extensive knowledge of SEN GSI. Flow application and e2e architecture
General Skills Needed:-
BMC Remedy architecture and design
Atrium CMDB and ITSM 7.2(desired)
Act as Technical lead for SEN Remedy cluster and stabilize the AMS project and achieve customer satisfaction
Act as solution architect for Remedy implementation within SEN E2E transformation project and produce architecture and design as per SEN expectations
