Our client is a market leader in the development of aero-engines for the aerospace industry. They are seeking an experienced DOORS user for DXL & Configuration management tasks.
Task description: DOORS Support and Config. Manager for System Level Requirements
MAIN TASKS
*DOORS Administration of specific projects and modules, including:
-setting access right, installation of trigger, baselining of modules, etc.
-performing consistency checks
-operation certain DXL scripts
-creation and maintenance of DXL scripts
-support for specific DOORS problems
-creating exports from DOORS by use of RPE
creation of PDF documents
-maintaining VBA Scripts for post processing of documents
-creating DOORS archives for configuration
*Interaction with the process responsible to ensure correct implementation in DOORS
*Maintaining of the System Configuration Index (synchronized with DOORS)
*Configuration of System Documents within DIMENSIONS
*Configuration of DXL Scripts within DIMENSIONS
QUALIFICATION
*Software Tools
-Expert knowledge for DOORS and DXL programming
-Advanced knowledge for MS Office
-Basic knowledge of VBA
-Basic knowledge of RPE (Rational Publishing Engine)
-Basic knowledge of DIMENSIONS (desirable)
*Language
-Fluent English (in writing and spoken)
-German (desirable)
*Personal Skills
-Team player with capability to work within engineering teams
-Willing to work in an international team
