SAP Adobe Interactive Forms - Technical Specifications for
Consultancy
Background
The client has purchased the Software SAP 'Adobe Enabler the Enterprise' end of 2010. The clients colleagues have been trained in 2011. Subsequently the first prototype of an Adobe Interactive form has been produced. However there is a lack of knowledge how to link/integrate this form into the MyFIPS (SAP Netweaver Portal) landscape. Consequently the objective of the consultancy service is to receive the necessary knowledge in-house.
Expectations from the Consultant(s)
The consultant(s) is/are expected to provide know-how and guidance to integrate/link the Adobe Interactive forms into the SAP Netweaver portal.
S/he should
- advise, what has to be carried out to include the forms and its workflow into MyFIPS (SAP Netweaver Portal);
- advise, how fields on the form can be pre-filled with FIPS (SAP) Back End data (and vice versa, ie how to transfer data from form to FIPS Back End);
- advise, how to deal and proceed with offline functionalities:
o download the form by the employee/by somebody else (HR officer for example)
o maintain the form offline
o load the file back to the system (with the two possibilities: individual or mass process)
o run the approval workflow and update the system - share professional experience to achieve best business practices and to avoid common pitfalls;
S/he should be available from July and approximately until the end of September 2012 for approximately 10 working days
The days shall be flexibly arranged after consultation with the client. The language of this service is English and knowledge of German is an advantage but not necessary.
