My client is a large Automotive market leader based in Baden-Wuerttemberg and are looking for a number of Cost Engineers to support a growing project.
The ideal candidate will be fluent German will have experience in:
Delivering cost estimates for a specific sub-set of parts.
Supporting the Purchase team with negotiations with suppliers.
Working closely with Design Engineers as an advisor.
Identifying and supporting the implementation of opportunities to reduce costs.
Influencing relevant programmes and commodity directions.
Supporting cross-functional, cross-brand and supplier charge outs.
