Rule set development for the DLP systems, including the configuration, workflows, rule sets, reporting


act as a 3rd level responder to investigations of possible DLP issues (Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure);  Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal IT teams and Vendor


Monitor remediation efforts to determine areas for improvement, report metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis, manage any change requests related to the programm business processes and act as interface between business units


Consulting of business units for deployment and rollout of the DLP solution (project management) organization and coordination of the DPL training courses


Service management for Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)


 
 







Erforderliches Know-How:

Skills 



Microsoft SQL ,


Programming languages /C#, XML)


Deep knowledge of the Windows platform (XP, 2003, WIN 7)


Knowledge of Linux/Unix is a significant advantage


Software architectures, system platforms (Microsoft), internet technologies, Computer networks


Project Management, ITIL Processes, Infosec Standards



any security certification is an advantage
