Symantec Altiris Administrator - contract - Germany (nr Nuremberg)
Our client (a leading brand) is urgently seeking an experienced Symantec Altiris Administrator. The role is working out of our clients luxurious offices near Nuremberg and offers candidates the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all regional Altiris Servers are properly installed, maintained and utilized
Manage standard application rollouts, patch management, application metering, hardware/software inventory reporting and client configuration tasks for the EMEA region
Act as a single point of contact for Altiris support within the region
To assist with the customization, maintenance and upgrade of existing client- and server components and databases
Create and maintain Altiris reports and data dumps
Communicate and follow-up requests to local Altiris administrators
Support to Global Altiris Administrator where necessary
Provide trouble-shooting assistance related to clients and packages
Location: near Nuremberg
Duration: 3 months rolling
