GFT, an International IT Services Consultancy, are urgently seeking an experienced Technical Architect with high levels of proficiencies in Oracle to augment our team on a large programme of works at a Tier One Investment Bank. (Location for this role is Frankfurt) The suitable consultant will be working on an Oracle based, high volume, high-performance Datawarehouse and will be involved in the technical design and modification of existing Datawarehouse processes (ETL) You will also be involved in the technical design of interfaces with upstream systems. We are looking for a Technical Architect with expertise in different technologies, in particular, ETL processes. Knowledge of Hadoop and Informatica Power Center would be very beneficial. It is expected that the consultant has Oracle DB (v11) knowledge, alongside PL/SQL, XML/Oracle XML. This should be combined with the ability to interpret XML- Requests format and convert from relational databases from databases to XML.
