Our client is a specialist in the development of integrated circuits for consumer appliances, automotive applications, mobile handsets and wireless systems. They are looking for a highly skilled engineer to join the team in the design of a new integrated circuit.
Tasks
-Definition of constraints (especially IO related) by evaluation of specifications and interactive discussions with the development team. One of the critical interfaces is a DDR IO.
-Execute static timing analysis and judgement of results.
-Modifying above constraints to fit the requirements of a layout tool.
Experience
-Experience using Synopsis Primetime
-Experience with a layout tool, ideally Magma Talus or Synopsis ICC.
-Static Timing analysis
-Constraint Analysis experience
-Knowledge in the area of Design for test would be beneficial.
