Intern position within the Allianz Re Life & Health Team

Your tasks
We are looking for a motivated Intern for our Life & Health Team. You will join our team, based in Munich. Your tasks will include:
- Support the underwriting of our pooling business
- Collect input from our subsidiary companies to evaluate the local underwriting
- Support the All Net Reinsurance Team in their daily work with employee benefits
- Support analysis of existing processes, procedures and methods
- Monitor and follow-up the treaty negotiations with our network insurers
- Prepare input for status meetings, coordinate project meetings, manage project database and project administrative tasks.
Your profile
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Graduate Student of Actuarial Science or Insurance & Risk Management
- First experience in project management
- Previous practical experience in an international environment (through internships), ideally in Reinsurance or Financial Services
- Interest in reinsurance topics
- Excellent knowledge of MS Applications
Soft Skills
- English language skills, additional language skills are a plus (eg German, French)
- Accurate and precise way of working, even under time pressure
- Open and flexible in regards to new and challenging tasks
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
- You are an excellent team player and enjoy working in an international environment
Start and duration (6 - 12 months) is flexible
