Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Business Analysis - IT Service Management Systems .Zielsetzung der Aufgabe:
Create Functional Designs for IT Service Management Application bmc ITSM Suite 7.6.0.3 by preparing – executing and summarizing requirement and design workshops.
Hauptaufgaben:
Prepare & Execute Workshops by understanding existing stage of development and already agreed steps for customized bmc ITSM suite 7.6.0.3
Collect requirements by executing and verifying predefined ITIL processes by matching them to the Telco industry.
Create Functional Designs by suggesting solutions to the collected requirements regarding the technical constraints and best practices of bmc ITSM suite.
Manage power user team within work shops with strong presentation and moderation skills at the same time with a good ability for stakeholder analysis. Convince power user of given approach as far as possible.
Gewunschte Skills:
General knowledge of Software Development processes.
Deep understanding of bmc ITSM Suite 7.6.0 and general IT-architecture (databases, filesystems)
Strong moderation and presentation skills and ability to convince power users.
