This position is for a consultant with experience in providing System Administration Support for SAP NW and BO Systems. The consultant shall provide second level functional support to the client's service desk members, provide BO system administration support and system administration support, mostly SAP Authorization Management.
Our client is a European Intergovernmental organisation responsible for establishing and operating weather forecasting and Earth observation satellites with associated data telemetry and dissemination operations.
The consultant will have the following:
- Proven experience with tasks involved in supporting users and groups access in SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence platform, preferable version 4.0.
- Proven experience with content and account management in SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence platform
- Familiarity with SAP Business Objects BI launch pad
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Microsoft Word
The following is highly desirable:
- Knowledge of SAP ERP Authorisation Management
- Knowledge of SAP Netweaver (ERP and BW) Basis and Portal Administration
- Knowledge of SAP BW data modelling
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Reporting Tools (Web Intelligence and Dashboard Designer)
- Basic understanding of ABAP programming language.
Fluency in English is essential and a working knowledge of French desirable. This is a freelance contract assignment due to start in July/August 2012 for a period of 2 years with two extension options of 1 year each.
