On behalf of our client, a major and fast growing Telecom company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for several Senior Marketing Managers - for a contract position, based in Dusseldorf Germany.
Responsibilities:
Customer Requirement Management & Marketing support of Smart Care Solution which is including, but not limited to:
- Customer's Pain Point Analysis
- Analysis & decision support of Product/Solution Customization
- Market Trend and Value Proposition of Network Quality Improvement Service
- Charter Development of Service Solution/Product to meet Marketing Targets.
- Development of the Go to Market strategy, key notes and Sales Kits/Materials.
- Being the Product Management representative of Smart Care Solution in facing external Customers, Industry Analysts, and cross BU/MU organization.
- Marketing support to reference site development; Product Road Show and Key Event.
Requirements:
At least 10 years work experiences of Carrier, and or Global Telecom Vendor in the Network Quality Improvement & Optimization Area
Degree in Communication & IT. Master degree is preferable.
Technical Experience in Carrier Network Operation, Network Planning & Optimization.
Effective communication to customer & cross-departmental at all level, with professional presentation skills. Consultancy & sales experiences is preferable.
Fluent English Language (both oral and written)
Knowledge in eTom, Ital, and or ICT Operating Process/standard is preferable.
