Software Design Engineer, Automotive - Germany
Langauges: English and German (French is a plus)
Description:
The client is a manufacturer of control devices for braking systems
The SW Design Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of diagnostic algorithms for the management and DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)for brake controls ECU 's, for a variety of automotive OEM 's. Good knowledge on the subject can bus and FlexRay are particularly helpful
Required knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:
Very good knowledge of ANSI C, Embedded Programming
Good knowledge in Embedded software design for ECU 's ( electronic control units)
Good Kennnisse of software development processes ( V Model), Software Engineering
AUTOSAR knowledge ( helpful but not required )
knowledge of FMD
Knowledge of automotive bus systems CAN bus and/or FlexRay, especially in connection with diagnostic features in cars
Required knowledge and experience:
ANSI C, automotive, automotivediagnostic, load capacity, C, CAN, design, diagnostics, ECU, EmbeddedSystems, English, German, FMD, V - Model
Desirable experience:
AUTOSAR, brake systems, FlexRay, French
