Manning Global currently is looking for German speaking Service Manager to freelance work for one of our international clients from the Telecoms in a longer term Germany-wide TETRA project, starting soon.
The role entails
- -General tasks in Service Level Management along SLAs of ICT vendors/suppliers
- -examination, and evaluation of further development of live ICT systems
- -support further development and optimisation of existing KPIs and SLAs of vendors, and also towards operator
Skills required
- -degree in Telecommunications, IT or similar
- -5+ years professional experience in Service Management of complex ICT systems
- -good working knowledge of tools for measuring, analysis and evaluation for TETRA and IP Networks
- -fluency in German language mandatory
- -willingness to undergo security clearance
