Manning Global currently is looking for German speaking Business-/Process Consultants to freelance work for one of our international clients from the Telecoms in a longer term Germany-wide TETRA project, starting soon.
The role entails
-analysis, design, monitoring and development of general business procedures for the project (OSS, BSS, CRM, Core, Access, Antennae, etc.) working closely with the Solution Architect.
-maintenance of business concepts and of project guidelines
-maintenance of service concept and project guidelines
-interfacing between the project members for consolidation of various individual processes/procedures
Skills required
-degree in Telecommunications, IT or similar
-5+ years professional experience in designing and monitoring of business procedures, development and monitoring of service processes
-good knowledge of TETRA and IP Networks
-knowledge of IT consultancy a plus
-fluency in German language mandatory
-willingness to undergo security clearance
