System Engineer

Beschreibung

• Should have experience in all relevant technologies of BMC ARS Remedy (workflow elements, including advanced features, server group, midtier, Remedy webservices, C and Java API)
• Knowledge in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in developing technical architecture, planning of applications based on ARS
• Experience of implementation and customization of applications based on ARS
• Experience in basic database administration and modelling (Oracle)
• Perl and Unix-Shell
• Administration of UNIX (Solaris, Linux) Servers
• Good to have ITIL process experience
• Any exposure to C-language will be an added advantage

• Continuous Improvement of the Incident and problem management system Infrastructure based on BMC Remedy
• Creative and independent technical architecture, design, planning and implementation of new features (workflows, interfaces)
• Customer Consulting on active and possible technical features of customization/implementation
• Last level troubleshooting and problem management on Remedy infrastructure, workflows and interfaces
• Deployment of new features also outside regular working hours
• Close team work with process manager and other engineers
