For our customer in Munich we are currently looking for a
Technical Writer (f/m)
Duration: 3 months +
Your tasks:
Produce customer product documentation for paper and on-line access in English languagePlanning, estimating, structuring, writing, maintaining the customer product documentationLife-cycle management (version management) of the documentation productsEliciting information from SW and system architects, SW Designers, developers and testers and also from other documents, e.g. requirement specs, design documentation, customer inputWorking in an international team
Required skills/experience:
Ability to describe complex products and how to use themAbility to describe a product or function from a user's perspectiveAbility to identify new concepts and tools on the market and adopt these to the current work environment.Roll-out of a web-based Travel-Approval Tool, developed by the client, based on a FINMA requirementFluency in German and EnglishExperience in writing technical descriptions and manualsProfessional in MS WordProfessional in documentation publishing tools, e.g. Webworks ePublisher, Adobe AcrobatExperience in HTML, XML and Java ProgrammingKnowledge of the field of mobile payment and NFC is desirableGood teamworkerGood communication skills
