We are looking for our client who is situated in Southern Germany between Stuttgart and the Lake of Constance for a Business Analyst (m/f) with experience in clinical application systems.Our client is a pharmaceutical company. It is starting up a bundle of projects to improve the system capabilities for its global clinical operation business.
•Responsibility for the development and improvement of systems within the process area of Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Operations
•Mapping of business process demands to system functionality and determination of ways how to best implement the process
•Collection and structuring of user demands and regulatory requirements for the project
•Planning, organisation and execution of work packages within implementation projects
•Interface for users to improve the expertise area for which he/she is responsible
•Leading small projects within the expertise area, including scoping and liaising with IS counter-part
•Provision of expert support within the defined support process to troubleshoot and solve incidents
- Bachelors degree of Medical Informatics or applicable professional training.
- excellent knowledge of the clinical development process, specifically site operations.
- you are familiar with computer validation regulations, e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, and validation methods.
- analytical thinking, team oriented working as well as excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in a CTMS application, e.g. Siebel Clinical or Impact, in business process analysis and user requirement engineering are of advantage.
