Responsibilities:
- 2nd and 3rd level support for complex software/hardware systems and ID Card management systems
- Development and use of software products for Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Troubleshooting and Review
- Integration with an ITIL Service environment (Assyst)
- Documentation of findings and representation to third parties
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years experience in customer-and development- related software/hardware support here, especially in the area of Oracle, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Unix/Linux.
Advantage to know the following area:
o Windows 2008 R2 Domain Administration (MSCE)
o Oracle 11g DBA, backup administration
o Knowledge of mapping technology,
o great understanding of IT processes of the customer, customer requirements
Good command of spoken and written German, other language an advantage Willingness to travel
