Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a PMO Assistant (f/m). The main task is to take on board the PMO and admin' functions which are currently being supported by the project managers. The PMO Assistant works in a project delivery team. The Projects are global and all related to the Trading Voice Prgramme activities. The projects focus on servers that have reached end of life, software upgrades, relocations, and product enhancement. The specific tasks are administrational tasks, like i.e. to keep the documentation up-to-date and to follow-up on deliverables, and project assistance tasks like i.e. raising requests using specific tools, concentration on holding contact to APAC. The Consultant must be able to demonstrate recent PMO experience, speak fluently English, willing to work in a technical and international environment. Additionally the assistant needs to have good Methodology skills, i.e. in organisation, prioritising and time management and ood MS Office skills. Project Start: end of June 2012.
