Aktuell suche ich für unseren Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie einen Coordinator for Mechanical Design (m/w):Start: ab sofort
Ort: Raum Nordbayern
Dauer: 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung / Übernahme
Beschäftigungsart: Freiberuflich oder in Festanstellung bei Harvey Nash (wahlweise)
Aufgaben:
The mechanical design leader is responsible for the analyze and management of the customer requirements for mechatronic HMI systems. In cooperation with customer and internal departments he defines the mechanical concept for the product ensures the mechanical robustness and fitting in the car. He ensures to meet cost , quality and timing requirements of his project for all mechanical items. He coordinates the mechanical design (CAD). The Quality tools and rules of automotive development must be applied. The development progress in different levels of the product phase (A, B, C and D-samples) are to be ensured and proven by the use of appropriate test and measurement means.
Suppliers and production sites are part of the coordination and supported. The mechanical design leader is part of a multisite project team and reports to his PM.
Anforderungen:
- Education: technical engineer, mechanics or mechatronics
- CAD design (Catia)
- Knowledge in injection moulding
- Knowledge in plastic materials
- Knowledge in surface decoration technologies
- Automotive engineering processes
- requirement analyze and management
- good communication and management skills
- quality tools like FMEA
- project management and planning tools
- Languages: English, German
