SAP HR Lead Consultant
This project is the business transformation project, initially for 9 months, but a 2 year potential, with accommodations and regular flight backs provided, where we would prefer European consultants, hopeful that they are able to speak German, as the process improvement company also attached, is a German group.
Requirements:
- Hands-on capabilities include: Business analysis, blueprinting, configuring, testing and go-live support for Organizational Management, Compensation Management, Personnel Development, Personnel Administration, Benefits Administration and Recruitment. Experienced with the following ERP Packages: SAP R/3, 6.0 ECC, 5.0 ECC and 4.7 enterprises.
- Configured functional design for new projects and enhancements to existing projects within SAP payroll module
- Expertise in Personnel Management module.
- Defined areas in Master Data, configured Gross/Net Payroll, created Personnel Actions, Jobs/Positions/Org. Worked on Units definitions and Info types/Info group's creation and maintenance, Wage Types, Pay Scale Types and Areas, Pay Scale groups and Levels.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Personnel Development (PD); created and maintained the following areas; Appraisals, Career/Succession Planning, Individual/Group Development, Profiles, Qualifications Catalog.
Expertise in configuration and maintenance of Recruitment. - Expertise in Payroll (PY) module.
- Hands-on experience in Time Management (TM) module.
- Analyzed business operations pertaining to the configuration, development and implementation of HR system.
- Strong knowledge of finance and company accounting.
You will define and agree user requirements for the SAP specific module, design, develop and support solutions within agreed time scales and to specified quality standards. You will design requirements in SAP modules in the context of global user base, build and effectively support the required business processes. Specify, design and test reports, forms and interfaces, gaining user acceptance. Develop and deliver training modules to users and provide support.
