Our client, a major European Investment Bank, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Presentation Manager to join their team in Germany. Candidates must possess a strong working knowledge in IT topics with basic knowledge of IT security topics. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working in the financial services industry as well as strong stakeholder communication skills in both German and English. Excellent PowerPoint and graphical presentation skills will be key in this role.Your primary responsibility in this role will be to develop frameworks for presentations from IT Security to various Stakeholders - mainly senior management, but also for town hall meetings, project related presentations, as well as a few external conference presentations. You will need to be highly detail oriented and organized as you will be managing the creation of these high quality PowerPoint presentations from start to end. There will also be significant interaction with various IT Security SMEs as well as other parts of the bank in order to determine the definition of objectives and key elements to be included in the presentations.
Required Skills & Responsibilities- Strong experience in working with senior management and excellent knowledge of their information needs
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as communication and networking skills
- Ability to quickly review larger amounts of input, identify and collect missing information and summarize the key points to Senior Management
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, professional level in excel and word
- Experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones; hereby handling multiple tasks in parallel
- Able to manage the creation and review of presentations with various stakeholders, input providers, slide producers according to defined deadlines
- High degree of self-initiative, self-dependent work style, stakeholder-orientation and organizational capability
- Excellent comprehension skills and structured, focused work attitude
- Excellent English skills (verbally and in writing)
- German language skills preferable (both verbal and written)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IT Security and related topics
- Experience in investment banking industry
- Self-motivated, dedicated and decisive
- Possess leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with creative problem solving skills
- Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
