Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m). Tasks: taking a lead role for technical aspects of the project including preparation of structured test plans to verify that requirements are met, advising on product selection, completing a detailed engineering design, providing thorough and detailed documentation of the solution from the ground up, and reporting to internal management teams throughout the project, setting up and configuring file share analysis solutions in a development lab environment, development of a test plan for conducting full functional and performance testing of selected products against a rigorous set of defined criteria and requirements, integration with other systems including Identity Management, user access recertification, security and performance monitoring and other products, liaising with other project team members, reporting on progress against plan, identification and resolution of issues, identification of further tasks required to enable a successful product implementation, producing written test reports and providing recommendations on product selection, planning, managing and supporting a production pilot / PoC, initial design, engineering and planning of infrastructure required to support a global deployment to 30,000 servers. Required skills: a broad knowledge and experience of Windows and/or Unix/Linux operating systems is necessary, and specifically SMB/CIFS, SAMBA and NFS access controls and permissions, specific knowledge and skills in one or more near file share reporting and analysis tools is also beneficial, the role requires the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure to ensure target dates are met and that the chosen solution will ultimately have a successful deployment. There will be a need to liaise with other engineering teams at a detailed technical level, and to work independently when required. Project Start: 01.04.2012. Project End: 31.12.2012.
