WebSphere & Form Management System Administrator
Must be German and English Speaking
The WebSphere and Forms Management System (FMS) specialist can help the team in operations of the WebSphere infrastructure for the form-management system and the application to sbs FMS LIP (Lucom Interaction Platform).
The task involves inter alia the following areas:
* Administration and maintenance of the FMS environment and the interfaces to integrated systems
* Administration of WebSphere Application Server V6.1 and V7.0
* administration of IBM HTTP Server
* Analysis of Performance Information/Performance Tuning
* Troubleshooting/application problem determination tools
* Second level support
* problem analysis and resolution
* deployment of fixes
* Implementation of amendments/change processing
* Creation and updating of operational documentation
* Monitoring of the WebSphere infrastructure
* Implementation of compliance requirements
Requirements:
* Certified as a WebSphere Application Server administrator or equivalent knowledge
* In-depth knowledge of Lucom Interaction Platform
* Very good understanding of the relationship between LIP, WebSphere Application Server, DB2 and LDAP
* OS skills: Windows, SLES 10
* Knowledge of ITIL V2 or the V3
* Analytical skills and strategic thinking

* Very good communication skills

* Constructive, positive attitude, flexibility and initiative
