1) Creation of a unified Hardware management process for all Wholesale partners that will enable further growth in the data monetization. We plan to facilitate and deliver more smartphones to our customers, this will drive our ARPU and customer retention.2) Define a customer retention strategy and measures for all our mobile wholesale partners

Profound knowledge of the german mobile wholesale market
Know-how of hardware logistics processes and complexities
Mobile churn management
Mobile CRM both in service provider as well as branded reselling models.
Previous experiences in ethnical mobile propositions (product management and/or project management)
