For this role you will be in control of the operating mode of myPortal within the service management processes, involving;
- Service Level Management,
- Continnuity service management,
- Service Catalog Management,
- Configuration Managemenent
Control of the operating mode of myPortal within the service management processes:
- Change and Capacity Management,
- System Design and Development
- Implementation Support,
- Access Management,
- Solution Test & Acceptance
Required Skills:
- HR
- MyPortal Very good technical knowledge of the application
- Experience in transition management processes according to ITIL
- Very good knowledge of the Identity & Access Management
- Preferably good knowledge of CIAM
- Good knowledge of ITIL service management processes
- German and English fluently
- Telecommunication
